Custom Rotational Holding Fixtures

23900 Custom Fixtures are usually one of two types:
  • Modified Standard Fixtures
  • Custom Designed & Manufactured Fixtures
Modified Standard Fixtures
Often the most cost-effective way for you to meet your requirements is for FLOTRON to modify a Standard Fixture. FLOTRON has the engineering experience and practical know-how to help you choose the most practical and cost effective modification for your application. FLOTRON will always consider safety and ergonomic factors in the modification.

Possibilities for special modification are limited only by your imagination, however, here are a few of the more common modifications.

  • Low backlash trunnion gearbox

Custom Designed & Manufactured Fixtures
While most applications align themselves with one of our standard models, FLOTRON can also design a custom holding fixture specifically to your requirements. With over 40 years of designing and building these fixtures we have seen just about every possible requirement. We will use that experience to assist you in obtaining the most cost-effective product.

Custom Designed Units might include requirements such as the following:
