The 29500 is designed to be a very specialized precision fixture that can level and lift as well as tilt in two axes. The fixture is required to have high stiffness yet still fit into or through unusually tight quarters. It incorporates lock rods, ball lock pins and clamps to solidly hold the load in position in all axes during a critical procedure. It also incorporates an ingenious precision tooling ball system to fine tune the leveling of the load. The large dual wheel casters keep the floor contact pressure to a minimum and are provided with swivel locks and brakes as well as being mounted on jacks for lowering the unit onto its tooling balls. |
