The 29400 is custom designed for precision positioning of a load using a cantilevered lifting and rotating fixture. Lifting is accomplished with a precision lead screw. Rotating of the balanced load on the high moment capacity bearing is easily accomplished and is locked in place with a ball lock pin at customer specified increments. The "fork" arms are adjustable in width and each arm has a universal hole pattern allowing the user to attach anywhere along the length of each arm. The lower horizontal legs and wheels are designed for a very low height off of the ground in order to roll under existing tooling and hardware. The entire unit is supplied with clean room finishes, i.e., electroless nickel plating on all steel surfaces and stainless steel hardware. |
